What school system is DC Ranch? 
DC Ranch is part of the Scottsdale Unified School District. Copper Ridge Elementary and middle school is located at the heart of the community and is one of the most aesthetic schools around and is receives EXCELLING (the highest ranking) status, year after year.   Notre Dame Prep is also close by as a feeder school into Brophy. 

Are there DC Ranch Vacation Homes, 2nd Homes and Rentals?

Both communities have their own private country club and golf courses.  DC Ranch country club is open to qualifying applicants. Silverleaf is also now open to those who do not live in Silverleaf.  To truly appreciate these clubs, you must visit them in person!  They both have a unique feel and one may suit you better than the other.  I have membership information on both clubs and there are some great incentives to join both clubs!
